Jen is our lead Ecologist and Director. Jen has a genuine passion for the outdoors and nature and for ensuring it is preserved for future generations. Jen holds a CIEEM-accredited Masters in Wildlife and Conservation Management and a degree in Marine Biology, amongst other ecological qualifications, and has many years of practical environment management and conservation experience. Jennifer is also an Associate member of the CIEEM. Through continued professional development she continues to add new skills and to maintain techniques in line with best ecological practice. John Pilkington
Assistant Ecologist
John is semi-retired but due to his keen interest in ecological, environmental or natural history projects he often helps out on surveys. John holds an MBA amongst his other accolades.
Patrice McGhee
Business Administrator
Patrice is currently a full-time mature student but can often be found helping out with our office work or on evening/weekend surveys. Patrice has a long experience in management and holds a BA in design.
